Terms and conditions

All participants are required to sign the Quad Tour Participation and Risk Acknowledgment Statement prior to the tour. For minors (under 18 years of age), the statement must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. If preferred, the statement can be sent by email in advance and completed before the tour date.

The minimum age for participation is 5 years. Children under 15 years must be accompanied by an adult on a same quad.

Minors from 15y to 17y can try driving alone but must be accompanied by an adult (on other quad).

Maximum weight on quad is 200kg.

– Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled experience starting time and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, as well as no-shows and cancellations on location are non-refundable.

For groups of 10 or more people, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled experience, as well as no-shows and cancellations on location are non-refundable.

Family and group discounts:

Groups of 10 or more people receive a 10% discount when booking directly with us.

Families of 5 or more people receive a 5% discount when booking directly with us.
